The Iris & The Tell

An inquiry into the theories and philosophies of the human condition. In particular the resilient vs inhibitive forces that evolutionary thought/process might face, such as political movements, religion, and ignorance - this in turn creating a driving force (revolution/evolution).

The work focusses on those that are involved with physical and social inquiry - such as astronauts, philosophers, physicists, journalists, artists, writers and poets. Both in the importance of the work and it's limitations, and also the people behind it and how this work may affect them.

The Iris: The madeleine moment. A Proustian Moment/memory.

The Tell: A tell or tel, from Arabic: تَل‎‎, tall, Hebrew תֵּל, is a type of archaeological mound created by human occupation and abandonment of a geographical site over many centuries.
